STEP 1: TRY A CLASS FOR FREE!  Come to any of our regularly scheduled classes on either Thursday or Saturday.  Email andrea@crossfit904.com to reserve your space.

STEP 2: COMPLETE OUR FREE 2 DAY FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM  Classes are held Monday and Tuesday at 6:30pm.  *Members with 3 or more months of recent CrossFit experience may be able to begin in regular group classes.
