Assessment

1. ASSESSMENT

Every person has their own unique goals and hang-ups. We want to discover everything about you, what you want, & why that’s important to you. Once we have that we can start to show you the proper solution.

First Month

2. FIRST MONTH

After we get a sense for whom we are working with, we want to get you in here ASAP. You are not buying a gym membership, you are investing in a coach-led process. We will help you design your roadmap for success during your first month, and hopefully the rest of your life.

Group Training

3. GROUP TRAINING

Once you feel comfortable with the ‘socialization of Crossfit,’ you’ll feel confident and comfortable in our community. We will always strive to achieve individual attention – but in a group setting.

*Even if you are an experienced CrossFitter we highly encourage you to fill out our survey. This will help us better serve you. If you would like to come try out a class first, send us an e-mail at andrea@crossfit904.com.

DROPPING IN FROM OUT OF TOWN?

Are you going to be in town for a few days and want to get in a few workouts at CF 904? As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated CrossFit Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to ANY of our classes or open gym times. E-mail andrea@crossfit904.com to let us know which class you will be coming to so we can let that coach know.

We ask that all drop-ins please show up 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you all set before the workout.

Your initial drop in is FREE. If you are going to be with us for more than one class during your visit, each additional class is just $10.
