CROSSFIT 904 PRESENTS DIRECTOR’S CUT
The following information is for this year’s (2017) event.
What: Two-person team (same gender) event designed to test your mind and body. Each team will perform 3 WODs and 1 Floater WOD.
Catch: The movements will be announced for each event but the actual WOD will not be announced until the day of the event. You will find out the first WOD at check in and the remaining two WODs after the previous WOD has finished. Only the Director will know the script. Expect rep schemes to challenge your mental and physical strength.
When: Saturday, October 21st

Power Clean (185,125)
Front Squat (155,105)
Shoulder to OH (155,105)
Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
Box Jump Overs (24,20)
Toes To Bar
Front Rack Lunge (155,105)
Scaled: Men/Women, 40 Teams Total
Power Clean (135,85)
Front Squat (115,75)
Shoulder to OH (115,75)
Chin Over Bar Pull Ups (*it is possible for only one member of the team to complete these, we are currently considering the option of being able to use a band with penalty)
Box Jump Overs (20,20)
Heels Above Butt
Front Rack Lunge(135,85)
Single Unders but may also choose to do Double Unders

CASH PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED FOR 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD PLACE TEAMS IN EACH DIVISION!!!!
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be issued; however, you are allowed to transfer your registration or change a team member up to the day of the event with no penalty.
